Piglet is a gorgeous chocolate and white Staffy with a sweet, gentle nature and a heart full of love. 🐶🤎🤍 She can be a little timid when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, her affectionate and loyal personality shines through. ✨🐾

This lovely girl has a calm and easygoing temperament and is happiest when she’s close to her people. 🥰 On walks, Piglet does well on lead and likes to stick right by your side — sometimes so close that she may end up under your feet! 🚶‍♀️🐕

Piglet absolutely loves food and treats 🍖🦴, which will make ongoing training both fun and rewarding. She also enjoys playing with balls and toys and is always up for a game with her favorite humans. 🎾🧸

When Piglet wants affection, she can get a little jumpy in her excitement. Because of this, we recommend a home with children aged 10 years and over. 👧👦

Piglet doesn’t seem particularly interested in interacting with other dogs and would likely be quite happy as your one-and-only companion. 🏡💖 She is not suited to a home with cats or smaller animals, as she tends to play quite rough with her toys. 🐱🚫🐇

Piglet is looking for a loving home where she can enjoy a relaxed lifestyle, plenty of cuddles, tasty treats, and lots of playtime. In return, she’ll offer endless loyalty and affection. 🐾❤️

3. The Shepparton Animal Shelter will contact you to talk about adopting. If the animal is available, an appointment will be made for you to attend the Shepparton Animal Shelter for a 'meet and greet', which can take about 30 minutes.

Adoption Commitment

The Shepparton Animal Shelter encourages new owners of adopted animals to consider their lifestyle and commitment carefully before adoption. We wish to see all adopted animals find their forever homes. However we understand that sometimes, an adoption does not work out. If you are no longer able to care for your adopted animal, for any reason, please contact the Shepparton Animal Shelter.

Adoption Guarantee

If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten is not acceptable to a purchaser because of health, physical or other reasons (excluding accidents), which is supported by a statement from a Veterinary practitioner, within seven days of purchase, the Animal Shelter will accept the animal back and refund the purchase price of the animal.

If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten is returned within three days for any other reason, the Animal Shelter will refund 75% of the purchase price or offer a replacement animal with the same guarantee.

If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten dies or is euthanased as a result of a disease that is traceable to the point of sale, the Animal Shelter will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement animal with the same guarantee.
