Leisure Facilities and Equipment Bookings

For the bookings of Council's Leisure Facilities and amenities at KidsTown Adventure Playground, Shepparton Sports Stadium, Tatura Sports Stadium, VISY Centre and Council's Outdoor Seasonal Pools at Mooroopna, Merrigum and Tatura.

Please download and complete the relevant Booking Request Form below. The Term and Conditions of Hire are also included on the form. Please read them carefully before submitting your booking request.

Once you have completed all details in full, please submit via email to aquaticbookings@shepparton.vic.gov.au (for outdoor rural pool bookings), or to stadium@shepparton.vic.gov.au (for all other bookings) for your booking request to be considered.

Upon receipt of the signed booking request form and all required paperwork from the hirer, Council will consider the booking and notify you within fourteen working days of the decision.

If your booking is accepted, the venue will advise, in writing, applicable fees and a pre-booking meeting will be scheduled when required.

Council do not offer tentative bookings. To confirm any casual booking, payment must be made in full prior to the booking start date.

For regular or Corporate Bookings, invoices will be sent monthly.
