Karen commenced her role as Acting Director Healthy Communities and Liveability with Greater Shepparton City Council in October 2025.

Karen has 25 years’ experience in Human Resource Management across both private and public industries, including over 12 years’ experience in local government.

Karen is committed to providing accessible, inclusive, and quality services, shaped by the needs of local communities.
