Opening Night Pajama Party at the Library | OUT in the OPEN Festival
Join us this November and help us to ‘Colour My World’ at Out in the Open Festival 2024 opening night! Kick off the festival in total relaxation and come along to our Pajama Party at the Shepparton Library.

There will be a story time for the kids, right in time to bring them down before bedtime, a film screening for the slightly older (and definitely older) kiddo’s and adults, time to connect, a snack or two and one of our festival art pieces that you can help paint and create. PJ’s definitely not mandatory, but very much encouraged!
What’s happening at the event
- 📚 6.00pm Story time with Al!
- 🎬 7.00pm Movie Strange World
- 🎨 Colour My World Paint-by-numbers with Ruby all night long
- ☕ Light refreshments provided throughout the night evening.
- 🌈 Enjoy the Festival display inside the library & browse the pride book collection and enjoy time to read or borrow a book!
- 🙌 All ages and all families are welcome and encouraged to attend!
Further details and access information
- This is an all ages event.
- Parent supervision is a must for this event for those under the age of 14.
- The Shepparton Library is an accessible venue for people of all abilities.
- There is car parking in front on the library and in the surrounding streets.
- Public Transportation does not drop off directly near this venue, the bus stop for routes 1 and 2 are on Wyndham Street, within a 5-minute walk to the venue.
- The library will be closed to general public, only those with tickets will be able to attend, please be sure to book – free.
- There will be an OUT in the OPEN festival volunteer present at this event, please make them feel welcome.
