Greater Shepparton City Council advises that asphalt surfacing works are programmed for Broken River Drive, Hastings Ave and Loddon Court Shepparton.
Works are due to commence on Monday 10 October 2022 with completion expected by Friday 14 October 2022 (weather permitting). The works area shall be under traffic control and partial road closure between 7am and 7pm.
During construction Broken River Drive will be closed from Palmer Road to Archer Street and Hastings Ave from Wimmera Dr to Broken River Drive while asphalt works are undertaken. Local residents living in the area will have access to their properties with some delays expected during construction.
Residents and visitors are reminded to obey all road work and advisory signage, including any worker’s direction for your safety and the safety of others.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes where possible. Motorists are also advised to obey all worksite and advisory signage including traffic controllers.
Council asks for residents to take care and be aware of traffic detours.
