GV Link Enterprise Park Project: Simson Road closure

Greater Shepparton City Council wishes to advise the community of the upcoming closure of Simson Road, Mooroopna. This is essential to allow the upgrade of the pavement, drainage, kerb and utilities along this road, as part of the GV Link Enterprise Park Project.

In Summary

  • Simson Road, Mooroopna will be closed from Monday 12 May to Tuesday 30 October 2025 to allow upgrade works as part of the GV Link Enterprise Park Project.
  • Works will include improvements to pavement, drainage, kerb and underground utilities.
  • Traffic detours and reduced speed limits will be in place; residents can access Simson Road via Turnbull Road.
  • Motorists are asked to take extra care and follow all signage during the works.

Simson Road will be closed from Monday 12 May to Tuesday 30 October 2025.

Traffic management detours and speed reductions will be in place for the duration of the construction period. Simson Road residents can access their properties through Turnbull Road.

Council is requesting that motorists be aware of the changed conditions and take additional care when travelling in the area.
