Greater Shepparton City Council advises of upcoming asphalt re-surfacing works along three sections of Wilmot Road Shepparton, with partial and full road closures in place as follows:
Section One
Two days of full road closure on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 November 2023 between 7.00am and 5.00pm.
Wilmot Road, Shepparton (See map below)
Section Two
Two days of partial intermittent road closure under traffic management on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 November 2023 between 7.00am and 5.00pm.
Section Three
Three days of partial intermittent road closure under traffic management on Friday 24, Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 November 2023 between 7.00am and 5.00pm (open over the weekend).
Please Note:
Local residents will have access to their properties with some delays expected during construction.
The re-construction of approximately 120 metres of concrete kerb and pathway works, as well the renewal of the bus shelter on Wilmot Road, between Community Street and Wyndham Street, will continue for another three weeks as previously advised.
To ensure public safety and facilitate the works, road closures and strategic detours will be in place. Motorists are asked to please adhere to all worksite and advisory signage, and follow the instructions provided by traffic controllers on-site.
