Greater Shepparton City Council invites the community to save the date, and get ready for a food journey! St Georges Road Food Festival is back to celebrate the diversity of cuisines found within our region, this time on Saturday 7 October 2023.
This year the much-loved food festival will become a twilight dining experience, from 4.00pm to 8.30pm. Attendees can let the music, fun and flavours take over, and enjoy a unique multicultural celebration.
Taking place at St Georges Road Shopping Precinct, an array of traditional food stalls, performances and cooking demonstrations will be waiting for anyone who wishes to take part in the culinary festivity.
Greater Shepparton City Council Mayor, Councillor Shane Sali, said St Georges Road Food Festival is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our diverse region and connect with the community.
“We encourage residents and visitors to join us and enjoy the delicious foods and cultural traditions on offer,” he said.
“This festival is a great opportunity to connect with the community, discover and support local businesses and showcase our amazing multicultural region on a larger scale.”
This event is open to all, so make sure to come and taste the rainbow of flavours at the St Georges Road Food Festival. For more information, follow Council’s social media pages for event updates.
