Categories
There are three categories to enter:
- Children under the age of 15 – Re-use items/materials for another sustainable and fun purpose:
- Please submit an explanation or your re-purpose and a photo with your item/s.
- An example is bottle planters/watering devices/cups.
- Photos will not be used without parental permission.
- Anyone (including families as a team) – Build a sustainable scarecrow:
- Please submit an explanation and photos of your scarecrow with what items you up-cycled/re-used and the scarecrow’s name.
- Anyone (Including families as a team) – Sustainable veggie patches:
- Made over or made from scratch, send in a before and after photo of your veggie patch/box/planter and a few words on what varieties you have planted.
How to enter
To enter, simply complete the online entry form below.
Entries have now closed and will be awarded by the Sustainability Working Group at Council. Only prize winners will be contacted and the winners released via Councils Facebook page.

Please note your photos may be used in the media for promotion purposes and by submitting an entry you permit the use of your photos by official Council media.
