Traffic Alert: Old Dookie Road, Shepparton upcoming roadworks

Roadworks on Old Dookie Road, Shepparton, will take place on Tuesday 18 March 2025 between Doyles Road and Cuthbert Court.
Works will involve re-sealing the road, including spraying hot bitumen and spreading stone aggregate.
Traffic management will be in place, and delays are expected, with access to properties maintained as required. Motorists are advised to consider an alternate route.
Drivers and pedestrians should follow all signage and directions from traffic controllers, with Council thanking the community for their patience.

The upgrade works will include re-sealing which involves spraying hot bitumen and immediately spreading stone aggregate on this section of Old Dookie Road.

Works will be undertaken on Tuesday 18 March 2025 between the hours of 7.00am and 6.30pm, weather permitting.

The road will be open to through traffic under traffic management, with access to properties provided as required. Traffic delays are to be expected and an alternate travel route is suggested.

Road users and pedestrians are asked to obey all on site signage and direction provided by traffic controllers. The community is requested to take care and be aware of the traffic changes in place.
