Greater Shepparton City Council wishes to advise the community of upcoming roadworks at the intersection of Wilmot Road and Wyndham Street, Shepparton.
In summary:
Full alert:
Works include the reinstatement of asphalt pavement and line marking. To complete these works safely, single traffic lane closures on Wyndham Street (southbound) and Wilmot Road (westbound) will need to be implemented, as well as general speed reductions in the area.
Works will be completed from Wednesday 10 April to Tuesday 16 April 2024, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, weather permitting. Single lane closures and speed reductions will be in place during this time.
Road users and pedestrians are asked to obey all on site signage and direction provided by traffic controllers. Access to businesses and properties will be maintained during the works, and the community is asked to take care and be aware of the traffic changes in place.
Council appreciates the community's patience and cooperation during these essential maintenance works.
