Fill in the Go Electric Plan and email to Sustainability@shepparton.vic.gov.au

Entrants who do not complete the Go Electric Plan will be deemed invalid and not eligible to win the prize.

Competition period: Starts Tuesday, 23 July 2024 and concludes Thursday, 15 August 2024
Prize: The winner will receive one (1) My Efficient Electric Home Handbook. A winner can only win one (1) My Efficient Electric Home Handbook and is not eligible to win another prize during the competition period.
Total prize pool: A total of 3 My Efficient Electric Home Handbook (No cash alternative to the prize) will be offered.

The winner will be chosen by random from all valid entries via electronic draw conducted by Greater Shepparton City Council. The winner will be notified via email.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Council reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Victorian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Greater Shepparton City Council data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
