Community Safety focuses on enhancing the awareness and capacity of residents, businesses and visitors to act, live and work safely, employing a range of information, education and community development approaches.
Greater Shepparton City Council is committed to identifying and acting on local community safety priorities to ensure that Shepparton's diverse communities feel safe, respected, proud and resilient.
Community safety is important to Greater Shepparton's local community and as a result, it forms one of the key strategic objectives identified in the Council Plan and Greater Shepparton 2030 Strategy.
