Your local headspace centre supports young people between the ages of 12-25 years, with mental health, physical and sexual health, drug and alcohol support and work and study support. This year, they are using money raised through the Push-Up Challenge to support our First Nations Community Connections Crew. FNCC is a group of young First Nations people who come together to improve outcomes and facilitate activities and events for young mob on Yorta Yorta land.
If you do choose to get involved, we’d love you to fundraise for headspace Shepparton. Simply select our centre name when you register, or register via our personal link.
